
Zero drift, digitally programmable instrumentation amplifier featuring a 2.7MHz bandwidth and 7MHz gain bandwidth product. This single-channel, surface-mount IC offers a 100dB common-mode rejection ratio and a low input bias current of 500pA. Operating from a dual supply voltage range of 1.5V to 3V, or a single supply of 3V to 6V, it provides an input offset voltage of 15µV and high input resistance of 10GΩ. The amplifier delivers 70mA output current per channel with a slew rate of 1.1V/µs, packaged in an LFCSP EP with a 4mm x 4mm footprint.
