Zero drift, digitally programmable instrumentation amplifier featuring a 2.7MHz bandwidth and 7MHz gain bandwidth product. Offers 100dB common mode rejection ratio and 100dB power supply rejection ratio. Input offset voltage is 15µV with 500pA input bias current and 10GΩ input resistance. Operates from a dual supply voltage range of 1.5V to 3V or a single supply of 3V to 6V, with a maximum operating temperature of 125°C. Surface mountable in an LFCSP EP package.
