General-purpose, DC-coupled VGA with a 280MHz -3dB bandwidth and 280MHz gain bandwidth product. Features a single channel, LFCSP EP package with tin-matte contact plating, suitable for surface mounting. Operates with dual supply voltages from 2.25V to 5V, or single supply from 4.5V to 10V. Offers a low input bias current of 300pA and a PSRR of 40dB. RoHS compliant and designed for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
