General-purpose, low-cost, DC-coupled VGA with a 280MHz -3dB bandwidth and 280MHz gain bandwidth product. This single-channel analog IC features a 625V/µs slew rate and operates from a dual supply voltage range of 2.25V to 5V, with a maximum supply voltage of 10V. Designed for surface mounting in an LFCSP EP package, it offers a low input bias current of 300pA and a PSRR of 40dB. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
