Operates from a 4.5V to 5.5V supply voltage with a 35mA supply current. Housed in a 6mm x 6mm x 0.95mm LFCSP EP package with tin, matte contact plating, suitable for SMD/SMT termination. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 85°C.
