High-precision RMS to DC converter IC featuring a 365µA maximum supply current and 1000kHz bandwidth. This 20-pin QSOP (Quarter Size Outline Package) surface-mount component offers a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C. It supports single supply voltages from 4.8V to 36V and dual supply voltages from ±2.4V to ±18V. The gull-wing lead shape and 0.64mm pin pitch facilitate efficient PCB integration.
