High-speed, low-power monolithic operational amplifier featuring a 50MHz gain bandwidth product and 300V/µs slew rate. This general-purpose op amp offers a 1mV input offset voltage and 15nV/√Hz input voltage noise density. It operates from a minimum dual supply voltage of 4.5V to a maximum of 18V, or a single supply from 9V to 36V. With a 32mA output current per channel and 5.3mA operating supply current, it provides 95dB common mode rejection ratio and 86dB power supply rejection ratio. The component is available in a tape and reel package with tin, matte contact plating, suitable for operation between -55°C and 125°C.
