High-performance operational amplifier featuring a 725 MHz unity gain bandwidth and 300 V/µs slew rate. This voltage-feedback amplifier offers a maximum input offset voltage of 1000 µV and a minimum common-mode reject ratio of 115 dB. Designed for demanding applications, it operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to 125°C and is hermetically sealed in a CDIP8 package. The device supports dual supply operation with nominal voltages of ±15V, with limits up to ±18V, and includes frequency compensation for gains of 25 or greater.
