The precision operational amplifier provides rail-to-rail input and output operation from a single 2.7 V to 5.5 V supply. It combines low offset voltage, 24 MHz typical gain bandwidth, 12 V/µs typical slew rate, and low input bias current for sensor, filter, photodiode, and portable instrumentation circuits. The single-amplifier AD8615 is specified for the extended industrial temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. It is supplied in a 5-lead TSOT-23 package with unity-gain-stable operation and high output drive capability.
