This unipolar, single-supply device offers a 3V operating voltage with a maximum supply voltage of 3.3V. It boasts excellent linearity with Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) of 1 LSB and Integral Nonlinearity (INL) of 1.2 LSB. The ADC utilizes a differential input type with a maximum input voltage of 1V and a minimum of 500mV, and a low input capacitance of 2pF. Packaged in a TSSOP for surface mounting, it operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C with a power consumption of 96mW.
