Dual 12-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC) with selectable sampling rates up to 40 MSPS. Features differential inputs with a maximum input voltage of 1V and an input capacitance of 6pF. Achieves excellent linearity with 0.3 LSB differential nonlinearity and 0.45 LSB integral nonlinearity. Operates from a 1.8V supply with a maximum power dissipation of 103mW. Interface utilizes LVDS for high-speed data transfer.
