Dual analog-to-digital converter provides two 14-bit conversion channels with 20 MSPS, 40 MSPS, and 65 MSPS speed grades. The converter operates from a single 3 V analog supply range of 2.7 V to 3.6 V and supports 2.25 V to 3.6 V digital output driver supply operation. Differential analog inputs support 1 V p-p to 2 V p-p input ranges with 500 MHz input bandwidth, on-chip reference, and sample-and-hold amplifiers. Digital outputs support offset binary or twos complement data format, with an output data multiplexing option and out-of-range indicators. Pb-free 64-lead LQFP and LFCSP package options are specified for the industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.
