The 8-bit monolithic sampling ADC supports interleaved operation up to 500 MSPS from two 250 MSPS ADC cores. It operates from a single 1.8 V supply and uses LVDS-compatible digital outputs with offset binary, Gray code, or twos-complement formatting. The analog input span is 1.2 V p-p with 700 MHz full-power bandwidth and an on-chip reference. The device is supplied in a Pb-free 48-lead LFCSP and is specified for −40°C to +85°C operation.
