Current feedback operational amplifier provides low distortion, precision dc performance, and wide bandwidth operation. It supports closed-loop gains from +5 or -1 up to ±40 and is intended for high speed analog signal paths. The amplifier achieves -63 dBc second harmonic distortion at 20 MHz, 160 MHz small-signal bandwidth at a gain of +10, and 150 MHz large-signal bandwidth at 5 V p-p. It includes overdrive and output short-circuit protection, fast overdrive recovery, and 5 ppm dc nonlinearity.
