14-bit, 1-channel pipelined Analog-to-Digital Converter (ADC) operating at a 155Msps sampling rate. Features a serial 3-wire SPI digital interface and an internal voltage reference. Designed for surface mounting, this general-purpose ADC is housed in a 32-pin LFCSP EP package with an exposed pad, measuring 5x5x0.83mm with a 0.5mm pin pitch. It supports both single-ended and differential input signal types and operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
