This general-purpose ADC supports both internal and external voltage references, accepting differential voltage input signals. Housed in a 32-pin LFCSP EP package with a 5x5mm footprint and 0.5mm pin pitch, it is designed for surface mounting. Operating temperature range spans from -40°C to 85°C.
