
14-bit, 300MS/s digital-to-analog converter (DAC) evaluation board featuring a single DAC channel. This integrated circuit (IC) offers a parallel interface and a fast 11ns settling time. Operating within a 3V to 3.6V supply voltage range, it supports input voltages from 100mV to 1.25V and outputs from 100mV to 2.5V. The component is housed in a QFP package with Tin, Lead contact plating and operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, with a maximum power dissipation of 165mW.
