Operates with a supply voltage of 5V, ranging from 2.7V to 5.5V, and accepts input voltages between 100mV and 1.25V. Integral nonlinearity is 4LSB, with output voltage ranging from 100mV to 2.5V. Packaged in a TSSOP with tin/lead contact plating, operating across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
