
14-bit, 125MS/s digital-to-analog converter (DAC) with a unipolar output and differential output capability. Features a 35ns settling time and a 14-bit resolution, operating from a 2.7V to 5.5V supply. This general-purpose DAC offers a maximum power dissipation of 170mW and is housed in a 1.1mm height TSSOP package with tin, matte contact plating. Integral nonlinearity is rated at 6.5LSB, with an operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
