Operates from a 4.75V to 5.25V supply, with a nominal supply current of 11mA and maximum power dissipation of 100mW. Supports bipolar and unipolar input polarity, with a maximum input voltage of 2.7V. Packaged in a 13mm x 7.6mm x 2.35mm SOIC with tin-matte contact plating.
