This clock generator and synthesizer features a 100-pin TQFP package with tin, matte contact plating, designed for surface mount applications. It offers a wide operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C and a maximum power dissipation of 2.5W. The device supports parallel and serial interfaces, with 16 I/Os and a maximum supply voltage of 3.465V.
