
Dual JFET operational amplifier featuring rail-to-rail output and low input bias current of 20pA. Achieves a -3dB bandwidth of 10.3MHz and a gain bandwidth product of 16.7MHz, with a high voltage gain of 112dB. Offers excellent noise performance with an input voltage noise density of 8.8nV/√Hz and high common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) of 105dB, alongside a PSRR of 110dB. Operates from a minimum dual supply voltage of 5V up to a maximum of 18V, or a single supply from 10V to 36V. Suitable for a wide temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, with a slew rate of 25V/µs and settling time of 1.2µs.
