
Dual operational amplifier featuring JFET input for low bias current (2pA) and low input capacitance (4.8pF). This BIFET technology amplifier offers a 1.4MHz gain bandwidth product and a 3.3V/µs slew rate. Operating from a minimum dual supply of 5V to a maximum of 15V, or a single supply of 8V to 36V, it provides 20mA output current per channel. With a voltage gain of 83dB and common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) and power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 90dB, this RoHS compliant component is supplied in a tape and reel package.
