Single, low noise, 1 GHz operational amplifier featuring a 1.05GHz -3dB bandwidth and 410MHz gain bandwidth product. This FET-input amplifier offers a high slew rate of 870V/µs and a fast settling time of 9ns. Operating from dual supply voltages between 2.5V and 5V, or single supply from 5V to 10V, it delivers 40mA output current per channel. With a low input bias current of 2pA and an input offset voltage of 2mV, it is packaged in an LFCSP EP with tin, matte contact plating.
