
Quad operational amplifier featuring a 105MHz -3dB bandwidth and 70MHz gain bandwidth product. This rail-to-rail output amplifier offers a high slew rate of 375V/µs and 55ns settling time. Operating from a minimum dual supply of 1.35V to a maximum of 6V, or a single supply from 2.7V to 12V, it provides excellent power supply rejection (101dB PSRR) and common mode rejection (105dB CMRR). With low input bias current of 1.8µA and a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C, this TSSOP packaged component is supplied on tape and reel.
