High-speed operational amplifier featuring an 850MHz -3dB bandwidth and 400MHz gain bandwidth product. This single-channel amplifier offers ultralow distortion, low power consumption with 5.5mA quiescent current, and low noise performance. It boasts a high slew rate of 1500V/µs and a settling time of 15ns, operating from dual supplies between ±2.25V and ±5.25V or single supplies from 4.5V to 10.5V. The LFCSP EP package with tin, matte contact plating is supplied on tape and reel.
