
Dual rail-to-rail output operational amplifier featuring a 9GHz gain bandwidth product and 236MHz -3dB bandwidth. This general-purpose amplifier offers a low noise density of 1 nV/√Hz, 110dB voltage gain, and a high slew rate of 943V/µs. Designed for dual supply operation from ±1.5V to ±5V, or single supply from 3V to 10V, it consumes 5.8mA operating supply current. The amplifier is housed in an MSOP package and provides excellent AC performance with a CMRR of 120dB and PSRR of -125dB.
