
High-performance, single-channel current feedback differential ADC driver featuring a 2.3GHz -3dB bandwidth and 2.3GHz gain bandwidth product. Achieves ultralow distortion with a 70dB Common Mode Rejection Ratio and 70dB Power Supply Rejection Ratio. Operates from a minimum dual supply voltage of 2.25V to a maximum of 5.5V, or a single supply from 4.5V to 11V. Delivers 65mA output current per channel with a rapid 5000V/µs slew rate and 10ns settling time. Packaged in an LFCSP EP with tin, matte contact plating.
