Low-power differential ADC driver supports single-ended-to-differential and differential-to-differential signal conversion for high performance ADC inputs. The amplifier provides 560 MHz small-signal bandwidth, 300 MHz 0.1 dB gain flatness on ±5 V supplies, and 2800 V/µs slew rate. It operates from a 3.0 V to 11 V total supply range with 9.6 mA typical quiescent current per amplifier and a power-down mode. The output common-mode voltage is externally adjustable, and the specified operating temperature range is −40°C to +105°C. The single-channel version is supplied in a 16-lead LFCSP_VQ package with CP-16-2 package option.
