Operates from a dual supply voltage range of 2.25V to 5.5V, with a maximum supply voltage of 11V. Surface mountable in an LFCSP EP package with tin, matte contact plating. This RoHS compliant component offers a slew rate of 4700V/µs and an input bias current of 13µA.
