Differential operational amplifier with a 260MHz -3dB bandwidth and 260MHz gain bandwidth product. Features ultralow power consumption at 1.18mA quiescent current and 1.18mA operating supply current. Offers low distortion with a 96dB common mode rejection ratio and 90dB power supply rejection ratio. Single channel, 1 circuit, 1 element amplifier with a 95V/µs slew rate. Operates from 3V to 7V supply voltage, with a maximum output current of 46mA per channel. Housed in an LFCSP EP package, supplied on tape and reel.
