Precision high speed μModule data acquisition solution integrates a fully differential ADC driver, reference buffer, critical passive components, and a 16-bit 15 MSPS SAR ADC. The device supports fully differential or single-ended to differential input configurations with a ±2.048 V differential input range using a 4.096 V reference buffer. A serial LVDS digital interface supports one-lane and two-lane output modes. The 100-ball CSP_BGA package measures 9 mm × 9 mm with 0.80 mm pitch and operates from −40°C to +85°C.
