Programmable-gain μModule data acquisition system integrates a high input impedance analog front end, anti-alias filtering, conversion, regulation, and supply decoupling in one module. The device supports 24-bit conversion with output data rates up to 1.024 MSPS and selectable linear-phase digital filters. Input conditioning includes eight binary PGA gains from 1 V/V to 128 V/V and selectable anti-alias filter gain options of 1 V/V, 0.364 V/V, and 0.143 V/V. The module operates from −40°C to +105°C and is supplied in a 12.00 mm × 6.00 mm, 84-ball CSP_BGA package with 0.80 mm ball pitch.
