Housed in a compact 3mm x 2.75mm x 0.85mm LFCSP EP package for surface mounting. Operates from a 2.375V to 3.63V supply, with a maximum supply current of 63mA. Suitable for applications requiring high-speed signal buffering within a -40°C to 125°C temperature range.
