High-speed buffer amplifier with a 7.5GHz maximum operating frequency. Features an open-collector HVDS output and LVTTL input, operating from a 2.97V to 3.63V supply. This single-circuit, surface-mount component offers a 0.202ns propagation delay and a maximum supply current of 73mA. Packaged in an LFCSP EP with dimensions of 3mm x 3mm x 0.9mm, it operates across a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
