Ultrafast SiGe voltage comparator with reduced swing PECL output drivers. Features a 0.18ns propagation delay and 35ps response time. Operates from a dual supply voltage range of 4.5V to 5.5V, with a minimum single supply of -5.2V and maximum of 5V. Offers 60dB common mode rejection ratio and 75dB power supply rejection ratio. Housed in an LFCSP EP package with tin, matte contact plating.
