High-performance analog multiplexer featuring 2 circuits, each with 4 channels (4PST throw configuration). Operates with dual supply voltages up to ±15V (max 22V) and single supply from 5V to 32V, with a nominal operating voltage of 12V. Offers low drain-to-source resistance of 40R and a propagation delay of 130ns. Packaged in a 4mm width, 10mm length, 1.5mm height R-type package, with a maximum power dissipation of 600mW.
