The 10BASE-T1L Ethernet PHY provides a single low-power physical-layer port for industrial single-pair Ethernet links. It complies with IEEE 802.3cg-2019 for 10 Mbps long-reach SPE operation and supports cable reach up to 1700 m with autonegotiation enabled. The device supports 1.0 Vp-p and 2.4 Vp-p transmit operating modes and can operate from 1.8 V or 3.3 V supply rails. MII, RMII, and RGMII MAC interfaces are supported, with a 2-wire MDIO management interface compatible with Clause 22 and Clause 45 frames. The device is supplied in a 32-lead, 5 mm × 5 mm LFCSP package with industrial and extended temperature-range options.
