Configurable supervisory and sequencing controller monitors and sequences up to 10 power supplies in multi-supply systems. A 12-bit ADC reads back supervised voltages through the supply inputs and two auxiliary single-ended ADC inputs. Ten programmable driver outputs support logic-enable functions, and six outputs can provide charge-pumped high-voltage drive for external N-channel FET gates. The SMBus-compatible 2-wire interface, EEPROM configuration storage, and sequencing engine support programmable power-up, power-down, warning, watchdog, and fault-handling behavior over a −40°C to +85°C operating range.
