Super Sequencer® power management IC featuring margining control and auxiliary ADC inputs. Monitors up to 12 voltages with 10 monitored inputs and 12-bit resolution. Operates from 3V to 14.4V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 6mA. Includes watchdog timer functionality and adjustable reset threshold voltages from 573mV to 1.375V. Surface mount LFCSP EP package with dimensions of 6mm x 6mm x 0.98mm.
