Super Sequencer® power management IC featuring margining control and auxiliary ADC inputs. Monitors up to 12 voltages with 10 monitored inputs and a 12-bit resolution. Operates from a 3V to 14.4V supply voltage with a maximum supply current of 6mA. Includes a watchdog timer and adjustable reset threshold voltages from 573mV to 1.375V. Surface mount LFCSP EP package, RoHS compliant, and suitable for operation between -40°C and 85°C.
