Supply fault detection accuracy is within 1.0% across voltage and temperature, with selectable monitoring ranges up to 14.4 V on the VH input. The device is controlled through an SMBus 2-wire interface and stores configuration data in 256 bytes of user EEPROM. Package options include 40-lead LFCSP and 48-lead TQFP versions rated for -40°C to +85°C operation.
