Configurable supply supervisor and sequencer monitors and sequences up to eight power rails. Eight supply fault detectors provide better than 1% supervision accuracy, while eight programmable driver outputs support logic enables, open-collector modes, push-pull operation, and high-voltage N-FET gate drive on six outputs. The device integrates a 12-bit ADC, four 8-bit voltage-output DACs, a 256-byte user EEPROM, and an SMBus two-wire interface for configuration and control. Operation is specified from −40°C to +85°C in a 32-lead 7 mm × 7 mm LQFP package.
