Operating from a 3V to 14.4V supply, this surface mount component offers reset threshold voltages from 573mV to 1.375V, with overvoltage and undervoltage thresholds at 8.4V and 6V respectively. Includes a watchdog timer and operates with a 4.2mA supply current. Housed in a 6mm x 6.1mm x 0.73mm LFCSP EP package with tin, matte contact plating.
