Microprocessor Supervisory Circuit, a surface mount MSOP package, monitors a single voltage with undervoltage and overvoltage thresholds at 4.25V and 4.49V respectively. This integrated circuit features a watchdog timer and provides active high/active low reset with a 1000ms reset delay and 250ms reset timeout. Operating at a typical 5V supply voltage, it draws 50µA of supply current and offers a push-pull output.
