High-speed, half-duplex EIA RS-485 transceiver operating at 30 Mbps. Features a 5V supply voltage with a range of 4.75V to 5.25V and low power consumption with a maximum supply current of 2.2mA. Includes integrated ESD protection and receiver hysteresis of 70mV. Designed for surface mounting in an MSOP package with tin-matte contact plating.
