High-speed, half-duplex EIA RS-485/RS-422 bus transceiver operating at 30Mbps. Features 5V supply voltage with a 4.75V to 5.25V range and low 2.2mA supply current. Includes ESD protection and 3-state outputs. Packaged in a 5mm x 4mm x 1.5mm SOIC surface-mount case with tin-matte contact plating. Operates from -40°C to 85°C with 450mW power dissipation.
