High-speed, half-duplex RS-485 transceiver operating at 30 Mbps. Features 5V supply voltage with a range of 4.75V to 5.25V and low 2mA supply current. Includes ESD protection and 3-state output. Designed for surface mount with a SOIC package and tin-matte contact plating. Suitable for PROFIBUS applications with a wide operating temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
