Surface mount power management IC featuring a single voltage monitoring input with a reset threshold voltage of 4.35V, adjustable between 4.25V and 4.49V. This simple reset/power-on reset device operates from 1V to 5.5V with a low operating supply current of 16µA. It includes an active low, push-pull output and a 250ms reset delay time. Packaged in tape and reel, this RoHS compliant component is suitable for operation between -40°C and 105°C.
