Surface mount supervisory circuit with a single monitored input and output. Features a 2.55V threshold voltage with a 2.47V undervoltage and 2.64V overvoltage threshold. Operates from 1V to 5.5V with a maximum supply current of 16µA. Includes active low reset with a 250ms delay and 100ms timeout. Suitable for operation between -40°C and 105°C.
